- 1 prepared Pizza Bread (12-inch)
- 1 sweet Italian sausage (casing removed)
- ½ cup Pizza Sauce
- ¼ tsp dried oregano
- ¼ tsp dried thyme
- ¼ tsp dried Basil
- ½ tsp coarse salt
- ¼ tsp ground Black pepper
- 1 cup shredded Mozzarella
- ⅔ cup Pepperoni (sliced)
Preparation steps

Position oven rack to lowest position. Preheat oven to 400ºF / 200ºC

Heat a nonstick skillet to medium-high heat. Cook Italian sausage until well-browned, breaking into bite-size pieces with a wooden spoon. Allow to cool and set aside.

Spread the tomato sauce over the pizza dough, leaving about 1/2-inch around the outside rim. Sprinkle sauce with oregano, thyme, basil, salt and pepper.

Sprinkle mozzarella evenly across the pizza. Arrange the crumbled sausage and pepperoni slices over the mozzarella.

Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until the crust edges are golden and the cheese is melted. Remove from oven and cool for 3 to 5 minutes before slicing. Slice and serve.
