- For the marinade
- 4 chopped garlic cloves
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 lemon
- 5 chopped Sage
- 1 tsp chopped thyme
- 1 tsp chopped rosemary
- 3 Tbsps chopped parsley
- ½ tsp white peppers
- 250 milliliters olive oil
- For the meat skewers
- 400 grams Veal shank
- 300 grams Pork
- 300 grams Beef (from the leg)
- 300 grams onions
- 1 Red paprika
- 1 green paprika

Preparation steps

For the marinade, mix all marinade ingredients together in a bowl. For the meat skewers, cube the meat and add cubes to the marinade. Cover and let stand 1 hour, turning cubes in the marinade after 30 minutes. Peel onions and cut into eighths. Cut bell peppers into quarters, remove seeds and ribs. Cut the bell peppers into large pieces.

Thread meat, onions and bell peppers alternately on skewers. Place on the grill and grill on each side about 6-8 minutes (depending on size), turning frequently and brushing with the marinade.
