Preparation steps

1.

Toast the almonds in a dry frying pan until golden brown and fragrant. Remove from the heat and cool.

Mix the mascarpone with the crème fraîche. Briefly stir in the lemon curd, do not fully incorporate, and distribute into 10 shot glasses. Rinse the raspberries and pat dry. Place in a bowl, mash coarsely with a fork and sweeten with honey to taste. Add to the top of the mascarpone and sprinkle with the almonds. Cut the lime into thin slices, garnish each glass and serve.
