- For the jelly
- 200 grams fresh or frozen Raspberries
- 300 milliliters Cranberry-Raspberry juice
- 50 grams sugar
- 5 sheets red gelatin
- 50 milliliters Port wine
- For the cream
- 150 grams Raspberries
- 200 grams cream cheese
- 300 milliliters Quark
- 50 grams sugar
- For garnishing
- 4 Raspberries

Preparation steps

For the jelly: arrange raspberries in four glasses. Soak gelatin in cold water for 10 minutes. Combine cranberry raspberry juice with sugar in a pan. Add port wine and squeezed gelatin, simmer until gelatin has dissolved. Cool mixture and pour into glasses.

Position glasses in refrigerator diagonally (for examle, on a bottle) so that mixture cools at a slant. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. For the cream: puree raspberries and combine with remaining sugar, quark and cream cheese. Place over jelly and decorate with fresh raspberries. Serve.
