- ¾ cup Amaretti biscuits
- ⅞ cup cream
- ⅔ cup natural Yogurt
- ⅛ cup clear raspberry Brandy
- 2 Tbsps powdered sugar
- 2 ⅔ cups fresh Raspberries
- mint (to garnish)
- 1 generous pinch cinnamon

Preparation steps
1.
Whip the cream with 1 tbsp icing sugar until stiff. Mix the yoghurt smoothly with the raspberry brandy and the rest of the icing sugar. Fold in 1/3 of the cream.
2.
Divide half of the raspberries between 4 dessert glasses, add half of the amaretti and cover with the yoghurt mixture. Add the rest of the raspberries (reserving a few to garnish) and the rest of the amaretti. Finish off with the remaining the cream. Sprinkle with cinnamon and serve well-chilled and garnished with raspberries and mint.
