2 Tbsps sugar (40 grams)
300 grams Quark
150 grams green Grape (seedless)
100 grams Chocolate biscuit
100 milliliters white Grape juice
4 pcs Dark chocolate (about 20 grams)

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse lime in hot water, pat dry, zest shell and squeeze juice. Mix mascarpone with sugar. Blend quark with a hand blender until creamy and mix with lime juice and mascarpone.

Pluck grapes, rinse and drain.

Cut chocolate biscuits into coarse pieces. Distribute 1/3 of the mascarpone cream among 4 glasses, put 3 grapes in the center of each, top with some biscuit and drizzle with a little grape juice. Put on a further layer of mascarpone cream, grapes and biscuit, drizzle with grape juice and finish with mascarpone cream. Garnish with lime zest and chocolate and refrigerate until ready to serve.
