For the tuna
400 grams very fresh Tuna steak
30 grams black Olives (pitted)
1 Tbsp jarred Caper
½ Red chili pepper
1 shallot
5 Tbsps olive oil
1 tsp finely chopped parsley
3 Tbsps lemon juice
Sea salt
For garnish

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the tuna, pat dry and cut into very thin slices. Arrange on plates. Chop the black olives and capers. Rinse the chili, remove the seeds and chop finely. Peel and mince the shallot. 

2.

Drizzle the tuna with olive oil and lemon juice. Sprinkle with the olives, capers, chilli pepper and parsley. Season with salt, garnish with lemon wedges and fresh parsley and serve immediately.
