Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the squid, pat dry and cut into 2-3 mm (approximately 1/8-inch) thick slices.  Pat the fish fillet dry and cut into 2-3 mm (approximately 1/8-inch) thick slices. Decoratively arrange on a plate with lemon wedges, radish threads, cucumber and salmon caviar.

In a bowl, stir together the soy sauce and horseradish and serve with the sashimi.
