1 pc Daikon radish (about 8 ounces)
2 Tbsps Rice vinegar
½ tsp salt
2 Tbsps Mirin
14 ozs fresh Tuna steak
½ bunch scallions (green parts only)

Preparation steps

1.

Peel the radish and cut into fine julienne or strips. Marinate in rice vinegar, salt and mirin.

Rinse the tuna, pat dry and cut into bite-size strips.

2.

Rinse the scallions, pat dry and cut diagonally into thin rings. Place the radish in a serving bowl. Top with the tuna strips and sprinkle with scallions.
