- 1 egg
- 4 Tbsps water
- 1 pinch salt
- 18 ozs pork fillets (cut into bite-sized pieces)
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
- 2 Tbsps Rice vinegar
- 3 Tbsps tomato Ketchup
- 4 Tbsps sugar
- 3 Tbsps Corn starch
- 4 Tbsps Oil
- 7 ozs Pineapple (flesh)
- 1 onion (diced)
- ⅞ cup water
- To garnish

Preparation steps
1.
Whisk the egg with the water and salt and marinate the meat for 15 minutes.
2.
Mix together the Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, vinegar, ketchup and sugar and set aside.
3.
Take the meat out of the marinade, put into a bowl with 2 tbsp cornflour and mix until coated.
4.
Heat 3 tablespoons oil in a wok or frying pan and cook the pork for about 10 minutes, until cooked. Remove from the wok and set aside.
5.
Heat the remaining oil in the wok and cook the pineapple and onion until lightly browned.
6.
Add the prepared ketchup sauce to the wok and bring to a boil. Mix the remaining cornflour to a smooth paste with a little cold water, and stir into the sauce with the water. Boil for 1 minute.
7.
Add the meat and reheat in the sauce.
8.
Spoon onto serving dishes and garnish with coriander leaves.
