600 grams fresh, smaller Porcini mushroom
10 Tbsps olive oil
1 garlic clove
50 grams sun-dried Tomatoes
2 tsps dried Fresh herbs

Preparation steps

1.

Trim the mushrooms, remove the stems, and cut into thick slices. Slice the sun-dried tomatoes into strips. Peel and thinly slice the garlic.

Heat 4 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan. Cook the mushrooms, in batches, until golden brown. Mix in the garlic, tomatoes and herbs, then season to taste with salt and pepper.

3.

Transfer the mixture to a shallow dish, let cool, and drizzle with the remaining olive oil. Infuse for 1 hour, then divide into 4 small bowls and serve with white bread.
