4 Limes
2 Tbsps sesame oil
1 pc fresh ginger
1 garlic clove
2 Limes (juice)
1 Tbsp Rice vinegar

Preparation steps

Rinse and chop cilantro. Peel ginger and finely grate. Peel garlic and chop finely. Place cilantro, lime juice, rice vinegar, ginger, garlic, sesame oil and a little salt in a bowl and mix well. Rinse shrimp and dry on paper towels.

Mix shrimp and marinade together and refrigerate for about 2 hours. Drain shrimp well and fry on both sides in a skillet in hot oil. Cut lime slices. Skewer each lime slice with a toothpick and pierce with a shrimp. Serve warm.
