1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 garlic clove
6 Tbsps olive oil

250 grams Cherry tomatoes (for decoration)

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse shrimp and pat dry. Combine lemon juice, salt and olive oil in a bowl.

2.

Peel garlic, squeeze through a press into bowl and season with pepper. Drizzle over the shrimp and marinate for 1 hour in refrigerator. Garnish with tomatoes.
