2 cloves garlic cloves (peeled and finely chopped)
1 bunch cilantro (finely chopped)
1 tsp freshly grated ginger (freshly grated)
4 Tbsps Chili oil
Sea salt (to taste)

Preparation steps

1.
Rinse the shrimp under cold running water and pat dry with a clean towel or paper towels.
2.
In a small bowl, mix the garlic, cilantro, ginger, chili oil, salt and pepper together. Rub the shrimp with the marinade, drizzling any remaining marinade over the shrimp. Cover; marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
3.
Remove shrimp from marinade and grill on the barbecue for about 2 to 3 minutes per side. Serve.
