- 2 tsps sweet ground paprika
- 1 Tbsp Mustard
- 2 Tbsps honey
- 6 Tbsps white balsamic vinegar
- 100 milliliters Beef broth
- 4 bay leaves

Preparation steps

Rinse the rosemary, and remove the leaves from the stems. Mix the olive oil, tomatoe paste, paprika, mustard, honey, vinegar, and broth. Add the rosemary and bay leaves. When using this marinade, add the meat and marinate for at least 2 hours.
