- 6 Lamb cutlets
- 2 garlic cloves
- rosemary (1 tablespoon chopped)
- 1 Red Pepperoncini
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 150 milliliters olive oil
Preparation steps

Peel garlic and chop finely. Rinse pepperoncini, trim, remove seeds, remove ribs and dice finely. Season lamb chops with salt and pepper.

Mix oil with garlic, herbs and pepperoncini, turn the lamb chops in the oil, cover and refrigerate for about 3 hours to marinate before cooking as desired.
