Preparation steps

1.

Peel mango, cut fruit away from core and cut into cubes. Puree mango in a blender with brown sugar, lime juice and kefir.

2.

Cut passion fruit in half, remove seeds, peel, spoon out fruit and mix in a bowl with lime zest. Arrange passion fruit in glasses, pour mango mixture over top and serve if desired with ice cubes.
