Ingredients
- Ingredients
- 1 Mango
- 3 Banana
- 1 Tbsp sugar (or honey)
- 3 ozs Orange juice (freshly squeezed)
- 1 generous pinch Ground cinnamon
- 16 ozs milk
- Ground cinnamon (for dusting)
Preparation steps
Peel the mango, cut the pulp from the pit, and place in the blender. Peel the banana, coarsely chop, and add to the blender. Puree with the sugar, orange juice, cinnamon, and a little milk. Incorporate up to approximately 13 ounces of the milk, until the desired consistency is reached. Pour the shake into 4 glasses.
Froth the remaining milk, and place on top of the shakes. Dust with the cinnamon and garnish with banana chips, if you'd like. If you don't have a frother just whisk vigorously until frothy.
