4 Tbsps butter
1 tsp cinnamon
½ tsp cinnamon
1 pinch ground Cardamom
50 grams cane sugar (more, to taste)

Preparation steps

1.

Cook macaroni in plenty of salted boiling water until al dente, according to package directions. Rinse with cold water and drain.

Halve walnuts and toast in a dry frying pan until browned. Remove from pan. Add butter and cook until melted. Stir in macaroni, cinnamon, cloves and cardamom. Sweeten with sugar and stir in walnuts. Divide macaroni among four small bowls. Rinse lemon with hot water and finely grate zest. Serve pasta garnished with zest.
