1 cup grated Parmesan

Preparation steps

1.
Heat the oven to 190ºC (170º fan) 375ºF, gas 5.
2.
Rub the butter over the base and sides of an ovenproof dish.
3.
Scatter the garlic and tomato slices on the base of the dish and add the macaroni.
4.
Pour over the sauce, scatter over the breadcrumbs and Parmesan and bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
