3 ounces milk
½ teaspoon Vanilla
10 ounces Spelt flour
1 packet Baking powder
3 tablespoons Raw cane sugar

Preparation steps

Peel, quarter and core the apples and cut them into finer slices. Rinse lemon hot, grate dry, grate the peel and squeeze the juice. Mix apple slices with 2 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp lemon grated, cinnamon and maple syrup.

Mix the Greek yogurt, egg, oil, milk, and vanilla powder with a whisk. Then add flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt and knead the dough only briefly. Roll out the dough and spread it on a baking tray lined with baking paper.

Arrange the apple slices in rows on the dough. Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 35-40 minutes.
