- 2 tsps honey
- 1 pinch Saffron
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 100 milliliters Canola oil
- 1 pinch Red pepper flakes
- freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps

Squeeze the juice from the lime. Peel and finely grate the ginger. Mix the lime juice, ginger, honey, saffron, soy sauce, and the oil. Season to taste with red pepper flakes freshly ground pepper.

This marinade goes well with fish. Place four 200 g (approximately 7 ounces) fish such as bream in a baking dish. Cover with the marinade, and let marinate for at least 1 hour.
