3 Limes
3 stalks Lemongrass
1 pc ginger (approximately 25 g, 1 ounce)
650 grams jam sugar

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse limes. Thinly peel 1 lime and cut peel into very thin strips.

2.

Rinse lemongrass, trim both ends and peel outer layer. Sliced thinly.

3.

Peel ginger and cut into thin slices.

4.

Distribute lime strips, lemongrass and ginger between prepared jars.

5.

Squeeze limes and add water to juice to make 500 mL (approximately 17 ounces). Boil lime juice with jam sugar, stirring constantly. Add liquid to prepared jars, seal and turn upside down.
