3 cups waxy potatoes
3 cups Cod (roughly chopped)
2 Tbsps Fish sauce
6 roughly chopped scallions
cayenne pepper
2 cups Prawn
3 Tbsps vegetable oil
1 small Red pepper (cut into thin strips)
2 Limes (quartered)
2 sprigs cilantro (leaves removed)

Preparation steps

1.
Boil the potatoes for approx. 30 minutes in salt water. Then mash.
2.
Mix the fish, fish sauce, spring onions some cayenne pepper in with the potatoes.
3.
Add the prawns and season with salt. Shape 8 fish cakes from the mass and fry in hot oil on each side for approx. 5 minutes until golden brown.
4.
Garnish with the pepper strips, lime quarters and coriander leaves. Serve with chili sauce.
