Ingredients

- For the cod
- 500 grams Cod
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- For the salad
- 1 onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 Tbsp butter
- ½ l Broth
- 2 Tbsps Vinegar
- 250 grams Lentils
- 1 stalk Celery
- Dill (for garnish)

Preparation steps
1.
For the fish: Peel onion and garlic very finely and sauté in the hot butter. Deglaze with the broth and vinegar and sprinkle in the rinsed lentils. Simmer about 12 minutes over medium heat. Meanwhile, cut fish fillet into small pieces, seasons with salt and pepper and sprinkle with lemon juice. Place the fish on the lentils and cook, 5 minutes.

Rinse celery, and slice thinly, reserving leaves.

Pour off excess liquid from the lentils.

Divide lentil salad on plates along with celery slices and pieces of cod. Serve garnished with dill and celery leaves.
