1 Tbsp cilantro
150 grams Lemon balm
1 generous pinch Nutmeg
1 l Vodka
400 grams sugar
½ l water

Preparation steps

Bring the water and sugar to a boil. Cook until syrupy.

Rinse the lemon under hot, running water. Zest the lemon. Pour the lemon zest and spices into a sealable bottle. Pour in the vodka and syrup. Seal the bottle and let sit in a sunny place for about 4 weeks, swirling occasionally. After 4 weeks, pour the mixture through a coffee filter and into bottles. Seal tightly. Let the liqueur sit in a dark place for about 8 weeks. After 8 weeks, serve as desired.
