- 1 cup Basil (finely chopped)
- 2 Tbsps salt
- 2 Tbsps black peppercorns (freshly crushed)
- ½ cup olive oil
- 127 ozs cured ham

1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 1 Bowl, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Immersion blender, 1 Measuring cups, 1 deep bowl, 1 dünne Rubber gloves oder Einweghandschuhe
Preparation steps
1.
Preheat oven to 350° F. Place rack on the bottom of the oven.
2.
In a medium sized bowl, mix the lemon zest, chopped basil, salt, pepper, and olive oil together until a paste is formed. Spread and rub paste over the outside of the ham. Put ham in a roasting pan.
3.
Bake ham for 1 hour or until heated through. Do not over cook. Slice and serve.
