- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1 tsp Curry
- 2 Tbsps Light soy sauce
- 1 lemon
- 2 Tbsps scallions
- 400 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
- 2 garlic cloves

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse the chicken and pat dry.
2.
Halve the lemon. Cut one half into slices. Zest the other half and squeeze the juice.
3.
Mix the honey, curry powder and soy sauce. Brush the marinade over the chicken and place in a baking dish. Cover with lemon slices and cook for about 15 minutes at 180°C (approximately 350°F). Occasionally sprinkle with the marinade.
4.
Peel and finely chop the garlic.
5.
Mix the yogurt, lemon juice and garlic.
6.
Serve the chicken with the yogurt sauce and chives.
