Preparation steps
1.
Rinse the chicken, pat dry and cut in half. Rinse the parsley and chop finely, then mix with the thyme. Cut the lemons into thin slices.
2.
Spread the herbs and lemon slices over one half of the chicken, place the other half on top and secure together with kitchen twine. Add salt and pepper, brush with oil and grill for 12 minutes until done. Serve immediately.
