Preparation steps
1.
Squeeze the juice from 5 of the lemon halves and pour into a jug with 300ml boiling water. mix the juice with the hot water.
2.
Put 2 tsp honey into each warmed glass and fill up with hot lemon. Cut the remaining lemon half into wedges, stud with cloves (watch out they have a strong flavor!) and place in the glasses.
