- 3 Cinnamon stick (broken)
- 2 Star anise
- 2 cloves
- ½ cup light brown sugar (scant)

1 Sieve, 1 Cutting board, 1 Peeler, 1 Small knife, 1 Toothpick, 1 Pot mit Deckel, 1 Mortar, 1 Slotted spoon, 1 Plate, 1 Bowl, 1 Citrus juicer, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Tablespoon
Preparation steps
1.
Combine all the ingredients in a large pan and heat gently, stirring until the sugar has dissolved. Simmer gently for 20 minutes - do not boil.

Ladle into heatproof mugs and serve hot.
