Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 220 ° C preheat.

Halve leeks lenghwise and rinse under running water, cut diagonally into 1 cm (approximately 1/2 inch) long pieces and blanch in boiling salted water for 3 minutes. Drain, rinse in cold water and drain again.

Butter baking dish. Place leeks into it and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.

Combine quark with cream, grated cheese and 2 tablespoons of sunflower seeds. Peel garlic, squeeze through the garlic press and add with parsley into quark mixture.
