Ingredients

For the dough
180 grams Pastry flour
1 pinch salt
1 egg
120 grams butter
For the filling
4 eggs
200 milliliters Whipped cream
100 grams cream cheese
4 Tbsps freshly grated Gruyere
3 Tbsps freshly grated Mountain cheese
freshly ground peppers
freshly grated Nutmeg
1 shallot
1 Tbsp olive oil

3 Tbsps shelled Sunflower seed

Preparation steps

1.

For the dough: combine flour with salt and place on a working surface. Make a well in the center. Place beaten egg in the well and add butter cut into small pieces. With a knife, chop until crumbly. Knead with your hands until smooth dough forms. Shape into a ball and wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C top and bottom heat Preheat.

For the filling: combine eggs with cream, cream cheese and grated cheese. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Peel shallot and chop finely. Heat oil in a pan and saute shallot until soft. Remove from heat, add cream cheese mixture and mix well.
