Preparation steps

Combine all ingredients in a 1-gallon plastic resealable bag. Add meat, secure the seal and gently massage the marinade into meat. Marinate in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours or for at least 12 hours, turning the meat several times. Prepare the grill for direct grilling. Grill the steaks until medium rare, 3 to 5 minutes per side. Serve whole or sliced.
