500 grams minced lamb
1 egg
2 Tbsps cooked Rice
2 garlic cloves
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
1 generous pinch cinnamon
1 generous pinch Cumin
1 generous pinch cilantro
1 tsp chopped mint
200 grams Feta
4 Tbsps Sesame seeds
vegetable oil (for frying)
mint (for garnish)

Preparation steps

1.

Mix together the ground lamb, rice and egg. Peel the garlic, chop finely and sauté in oil, then mix into the lamb along with the spices and mint.

2.

Cut the feta cheese into small cubes. With moistened hands, form meatballs with a cube of feta in the center of each. Coat in the sesame seeds and fry in oil until browned. Drain on paper towels and serve immediately.
