2 Tbsps sesame oil
200 grams Hot dog (small pork sausages)
200 grams asian Egg noodle
2 onions
1 tsp ginger (freshly grated)
1 bunch scallions
4 garlic cloves
1 tsp Miso paste
Fish sauce
cayenne pepper

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse beef, pat dry and cut into bite-sized pieces. Peel garlic and chop finely. Combine 2-3 tablespoons of fish sauce, garlic and ginger, mix marinade with beef and refrigerate overnight.

Cut sausages into pieces.

Peel onions and cut into strips.

Rinse and dry scallions, cut into strips.

Heat oil in a pan, brown beef on all sides. Add onions and miso paste, saute for a few minutes. Add about 1 liter (approximately 4 cups) of water. Simmer for about 30 minutes on low heat. Add sausages and scallions and simmer for additional 20 minutes. Add noodles and simmer until noodles are done, add more water if necessary. Season with fish sauce and cayenne pepper. Serve.
