- 200 grams Pork shoulder
- 1 l Vegetable broth
- 1 onion
- 1 stalk Leeks
- 250 grams carrots
- 250 grams potatoes
- salt
- peppers
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 pinch Nutmeg
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- 1 garlic clove

Preparation steps

Peel and dice the onion. Peel and mince the garlic. Cut the beef sirloin and pork shoulder into bite-sized cubes. Heat the olive oil in a large pot and sauté the meat until browned. Add the onions and garlic and sauté briefly. Add the vegetable broth and bay leaf to the pot and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Cover and simmer for about 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, rinse the leek and slice thinly. Peel the carrots and cut into 1 cm (approximately 3/8 inch) thick slices. Peel the potatoes and cut into large cubes. Add the potatoes to the pot and continue simmering for 20 minutes. Add the carrots and leeks to the pot and simmer for another 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, ladle into bowls and serve.
