- 1 kilogram small Kohlrabi
- salt
- 1 Tbsp butter (for the pan)
- 250 grams Whipped cream
- 300 grams Gorgonzola cream sauce
- freshly ground peppers
- Nutmeg
- lemon juice
- 1 handful Chervil

Preparation steps
1.
Preheat the oven to 220°C (approximately 425°F).

Peel and thinly slice the kohlrabi. Cook in boiling salt water for about 3 minutes and drain well. Layer the kohlrabi slices in a greased baking dish.

Bring the cream to a boil. Add the shredded gorgonzola and stir until the cheese has melted. Season with salt, pepper, lemon juice and nutmeg.
4.
Rinse the chervil, shake dry and pluck the leaves. Sprinkle half of the chervil on the kohlrabi. Pour in the sauce. Bake for about 15 minutes. Serve sprinkled with the remaining chervil.
