- 1 red chili pepper
- 1 can Kidney beans (about 400 g drained)
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 1 Tbsp freshly chopped parsley

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse the chili and cut into slices. Rinse the beans and drain thoroughly.
2.
Peel the garlic and pass through a press. Puree the beans with the oil, garlic, and half of the chili. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
3.
Transfer the spread to a small bowl. Garnish with the remaining chili and the chopped parsley, and serve.
