- 1 ¼ inches fresh ginger (peeled, finely grated)
- ⅞ cup Peach Juice
- 1 lemon (juice)
- 1 Tbsp honey (adjust quantity to taste)
- 3 ⅓ cups Melon (e. g. cantaloupe and honeydew, chopped)
- 1 large carrot (peeled, sliced)
- ⅔ cup Physalis
- 1 handful Ice

Place all the ingredients in a blender and puree finely. Add a little cold water until the right consistency is achieved.
