- 4 large potatoes
- Oil
- 4 scallions (chopped)
- 2 Tbsps snipped Chives
- 14 ozs canned Tuna (drained)
- 3 Tbsps plain Yogurt
- 1 Tbsp Mayonnaise
- freshly ground Black pepper (to taste)

Preparation steps
1.
Heat the oven to 200°C (180° fan) 400°F gas 6.
2.
Rub the potatoes lightly with oil and place on a baking tray. Prick several times with a fork and bake for 1-1 1/2 hours until tender.
3.
Mix together the remaining ingredients until well combined.
4.
Split open the potatoes and divide the filling evenly between them.
