500 milliliters milk
100 milliliters Whipped cream
1 Cinnamon stick
100 grams Dark chocolate
30 grams Marshmallow
1 tsp cinnamon

Preparation steps

1.

Heat the milk with the cream and the cinnamon stick. Finely grate the chocolate, then add to the milk. Continue to heat the mixture, stirring constantly, until the chocolate has melted. Remove the cinnamon stick from the mixture.

Set 8 marshmallows aside for garnish. Finely chop the remaining marshmallows and add to the hot chocolate. Continue to heat the mixture, stirring constantly, until the marshmallows have completely melted. 

3.

Transfer the mixture to the blender, and process until completely smooth. Pour the hot chocolate into cups, and top with the reserved marshmallows. Dust the cups with the cinnamon, and serve immediately.
