150 grams Dark chocolate
20 Marshmallow
8 Graham Crackers (or crispbread)

Preparation steps

1.

Chop the dark chocolate finely and melt in a bowl over hot water water. Stir in some of the marshmallows.

2.

Place the crackers in a preheated broiler and broil for 1-2 minutes until they get a little strip, watching carefully. Take out crackers from the broiler.  Sprinkle 4 crackers with the melted chocolate-marshmallow mixture.

3.

Place the marshmallows over, press firmly and top with a second cracker.
