- 900 milliliters Apple juice (unfiltered or fresh from the juicer)
- 1 lemon (juiced)
- 1 pc ginger (about 6 cm)
- 4 Cinnamon stick
- honey (as desired)
Preparation steps
1.
Peel the ginger and cut into very thin slices. Combine the apple juice, in a saucepan, with the cinnamon sticks and ginger slices and slowly warm up to almost boiling point.
2.
Do not boil!
Serve hot and sweetened with honey to taste.
