1 lemon (juiced)
1 pc ginger (about 6 cm)
4 Cinnamon stick
honey (as desired)

Preparation steps

1.

Peel the ginger and cut into very thin slices. Combine the apple juice, in a saucepan, with the cinnamon sticks and ginger slices and slowly warm up to almost boiling point.

2.

Do not boil! 

Serve hot and sweetened with honey to taste.
