Preparation steps

Steep the tea in 400 ml boiling water for 2 minutes, and then drain. Peel and slice the ginger. Rinse, halve, remove the seeds and ribs and dice the chile peppers. In a saucepan, pour the tea, ginger, peppers and apple juice. Fill a disposable tea bag with cloves, gardamom and cinnamon and add to pot. Heat the punch for 10 minutes, making sure not to boil.

Rinse and slice the apples. Season the punch with honey. Remove the spice bag and serve in glasses.
