Preparation steps

1.

Peel the apple and horseradish. Cut the apple into quarters and core. Finely grate the apple pieces and horseradish. Toss with the lemon juice and jam.

2.

Stir the yogurt and cream cheese until smooth then stir into the horseradish cream. Season with salt, pepper, lemon juice and honey, if desired.
