Preparation steps
1.
Toast the walnuts in a dry frying pan until lightly browned, then take out and leave to cool.

Peel the oranges thoroughly with a sharp knife, removing the white pith and skin. Halve the fruit lengthwise, then slice crosswise, catching any juice.

Divide the orange slices and toasted walnuts between 4 glasses, adding 1 tbsp honey to each.
4.
Mix 2 tbsp orange juice with 1 tbsp honey and the rose water and stir into the yoghurt. Spoon the yoghurt over the oranges and dust with cinnamon.
