Preparation steps
Step 1/2
Mix the yoghurt with the sugar and lemon juice. Soak the gelatine in cold water for 10 minutes then dissolve in a little hot water and stir into the yoghurt mixture. Pour into (square) moulds, cover and put into the fridge to set for 2 - 3 hours.
Step 2/2
To serve, dip the moulds briefly in hot water, turn out onto dessert plates and serve garnished with cherries.
