Ingredients

For servings

2 ½ cupsnatural Yogurt
4 tablespoonssugar
½lemons juice
Cherries (to garnish)

Directions

1 Mix the yoghurt with the sugar and lemon juice. Soak the gelatine in cold water for 10 minutes then dissolve in a little hot water and stir into the yoghurt mixture. Pour into (square) moulds, cover and put into the fridge to set for 2 - 3 hours.
2 To serve, dip the moulds briefly in hot water, turn out onto dessert plates and serve garnished with cherries.
