Nutritional values

Figs are rich in minerals including potassium, calcium, magnesium, iron and copper and are a good source of antioxidant vitamins A and K. With the cheese from this recipe, this dish provides you with plenty of nutrients, calcium, protein, and healthy fats.

You can serve these as a dessert, snack, or even an appetizer! It would go wonderfully with some crackers.
