- 1 pkg strawberry, JELL-O® sugar-free gelatin (110 g | 4 oz)

- 1 ½ cups Strawberry Yogurt (Fat-Free)
- 1 cup Whipped cream (Cool Whip Lite recommended)
- 1 ½ cups sliced Strawberries
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- fresh mint (for garnish)

1 Sieve, 1 Small knife, 1 Large knife, 1 Cutting board, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Pot, 1 Skillet, 1 Small bowl, 1 Plate
Preparation steps
1.
In a large bowl, combine boiling water and strawberry gelatin, stirring until completely dissolved. Combine ice cubes and 1/2 cup water to measure 1 cup. Add iced water to gelatin, stirring until the ice is completely melted.

Add yogurt and whipped topping, stir with a wire whisk until thoroughly blended. Spoon into 8 glasses or dessert cups. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.

Place sliced strawberries in a glass bowl. Sprinkle with sugar and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate until strawberries release their juices.
4.
Prior to serving, place a large spoonful of strawberries on top of the strawberry yogurt mixture. Garnish with mint leaves. Serve.
